CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Written notice of cancellation must be sent to info@sna-va.org
- Refunds:
- A full refund may be given with twenty-one (21) calendar days prior to the event
- A $35.00 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations ten to twenty (10-20) calendar days prior to the event
- No refunds will be given less than ten (10) calendar days prior to the event.
- No refunds will be issued until original payment has cleared.
- As an alternative to cancellation, registration may be transferred from one person to another.
- Emergency exceptions may be granted and are at the discretion of the Finance Committee. Submit written request to info@sna-va.org.
