What We Do
The Virginia Beef Council (VBC) is a non-profit organization working on behalf of nearly 22,000 beef producers in the Commonwealth. Virginia’s 42,000 farm families continue to be the stewards of more than 7.7 million acres of farmland. VBC works closely with the Northeast Beef Promotion Initiative to create and execute programming, such as this year’s partnership with the School Nutrition Association of VA, within the state to reach consumers and target audiences with positive beef messaging to strengthen demand for beef and veal.
